The world is waiting…
The world is waiting for me to tell the story. The story of my life, my knowledge, my experiences, my healing, and my pain.
I’m Kris Wear. I grew up in my mom’s health food store that she opened in 1977 when I was 6. My dad was a chiropractor so mostly what I was exposed to was alternative healing, very little allopathic medicine. I worked in that store my whole life, eventually bought my mom out, and built a thriving business selling natural products. For close to 50 years, I have lived and breathed the health and wellness industry.
Several years ago God told me (I didn’t even believe in God) I had to write a book (I didn’t even know how to write) about living a life showing people they didn’t need “magic” pills (I even owned a pill store) so, in 2020, at the height of my success, I closed my store. I thought maybe I’d renovate, have a revolution against what the natural products industry had become. (insert big corp buyouts and amazon Whole Foods supply chain ownership) But when I really looked at it, I realized I’d have to keep selling products I didn’t believe in. So in 2021, I closed it down for good.
For the past 5+ years, I’ve been getting up in the wee hours of the morning (not my choice but that’s when my muse strikes) to write, to learn, to build. Having every worldview I held shattered and rebuilt. I have not only been changing my world views, I have changed my entire being - physical, mental, spiritual. Body, mind and soul.
Getting your worldviews shattered is tough. I’ve had most of mine destroyed-about food, health, the natural products industry, what’s actually making us sick, what actually heals us. Now I want to shatter yours too, so you can feel free.
We wear our lives like we wear our clothes. Everything we eat, drink, breathe, think, and do shows up in and on us. Most people are wearing sickness, synthetic materials, and lies they’ve been sold. I’m here to help you strip that off and rebuild.
My knowledge and wisdom have come from my personal experiences and I am excited to share. This is my real life, my real transformation, my real observations from decades inside the system.
Welcome in, friends.
Kristine Wear
